You agree to safeguard any documents you download or print, and remain responsible so long as they are in your possession. Unless already in the public domain, all information received respecting the Foundation shall be presumed to be confidential and shall not be disclosed to anyone outside of the Board or Executive Director, unless required by law to do so, in which case, you shall provide prompt notice to the Chair of the Board.
